Blair Feldman is a strategic finance, business operations, and policy leader with advanced analysis, presentation, leadership, and influence skills in the scientific research, government, healthcare, nonprofit, and higher education industries. She has built financial and administrative plans with budget ranges of $25 million to over
$5 billion, and employee counts ranging from 100 to over 6,000.
She gleaned her experience through financial and administrative leadership positions at UC Berkeley, Stanford University School of Medicine, and the National Institutes of Health. Blair also volunteers as the Finance Director for SpaceLab and as a Leadership Coach for Braven, both of which are nonprofit organizations with missions to increase and accelerate access into the workforce for diverse populations.

Blair holds a Master of Arts in Public Policy from The George Washington University and a Master of Business Administration with a Concentration in Management from Johns Hopkins University.
